The Liturgy Provides the Guide
I was interacting with some friends the other day and they said that during their times of grief, when they just didn't know what else to pray or when they had no other words to express themselves. And I think that's a great illustration is to show that liturgy is there to guide us and channel, you know, When we really feel the spirit moving and we're overflowing, but it's also there to Guide us. It provides depth force with prayers that have been prayed for literally centuries. The point is that all of them are held in balance together in our expression of worship and our discipleship.
