The Cosmos, Is It a Cosmic Reality?
The vastness of the cosmos comes up in conversation in regard to religion. Why would god make such a huge universe, most of which is inaccessible to us and thus apparently pointless? If humans are the metaphysical centre of the universe, is our vast cosmos evidence that god doesn't exist? No, on the contrary, i think that's a very prejudiced, a deeply modern sort of view That is painfully anthropocentric in a way that the bible's not.
