How to Be a Successful Consultant

Within my average day I kind of have three main responses. The organization would be like my measure making sure that I'm keeping up with the weekly updates reporting to other managers etc. My project ones can be matching up with my engineers ensuring that I'm doing my technical tasks and then the client responsibility is actually looking to grow the client account. Tom's coping mechanism comes from a coping mechanism he has because his short term memory is really bad so why write lists for everything? He usually writes a list in the morning which grows or hopefully shrinks but usually grows throughout the day. If you don't communicate with the team it's very hard for them to relate to or even acknowledge you as a lead
