You Are Not a Commodity, Replaceable Cog in the Wheel

You are not a commodity, i think it's the title of your talk. My perspective here is that there are pressures enough. For me, it was as early as the university that you should see yourself as a commodity, replaceable cog in the wheel. You are an s de too. And we need many, many, many more pieces of soft ware. We need much, much better software engineers. I just can't get enough of the uniqueness that is on offer in the world of humanity.
