I think the US healthcare system, it's got its challenges as the UK does. But I do find we found the aptitude of physicians to be slightly more early adopters than in the UK. One of the things that we've learned in the UK is just to be incredibly patient because things don't happen quickly and I think patients often in the healthcare sets create some of the best products.
