The Empower of Prediction

Once you have a prediction in place, actually it can change who makes decisions. There was a story that was making the rounds about four years ago saying Amazon was hiring the warehouse workers automatically. But let's even take that story as true. It's still not an AI doing the hiring or firing in this case. And then around coordinated decisions, if no one else knows what you're doing, you might be better off ignoring it.
