But if they aren't prepared for change to actually make the transformation... Jen: The single biggest thing actually comes down to leadership. Carl: I rarely fault reps for bad behavior. I fault leaders for bad behavior because I've worked for incredible leaders who want honest forecasts and I've working for leaders who want the forecast to be green.
