Cenophon's City Founding Plan
Cenophon had to give a series of speeches and she does a lot of tedious backtracking. He has to explain how his intentions were noble but he didn't mean it to be used as an opportunity to defraud or abuse any local cities. It's also a lesson in crisis management and the way Cenophon handles it is he just calmly takes the time he stands up and gives a speech.
