The Pathology of Local Tendon Degeneration
There's good evidence that there's local tendonopathy. These patients have signs of local tendon degeneration on ultrasound imaging. There's potentially inclusion of a tear within the tendon, but there's certainly focal hypoecogenity like that degenerative change they see on ultrasound. But also the you know, in terms of the pathology, we know that it's not a joint lesion. It doesn't involve the joint itself,. Not the radial, humeral or the radial or all the joints. The patient is pretty much within that local tendon apathy.
