How to Be a Successful Writer

In America, like you said, it's residuals. If you write an episode of Cheers or whatever, then every time you are. Every time somebody cheerses. You get a little something. It might only be like a few cents or a couple of bucks or whatever. But like, it adds up. And on the back of that, you've also got. some people getting brought in for auditions or something and they're like, hey, do a funny thing to promote this. Like just riff with this product. That is basically what Australian writers have all the time.
