i'd also like to get your view when it comes to just sort of motivation in terms of, we hear listeners say, oh, my a, my peers or direct s or others are just not motivated. Do you have any protips in terms of ours? Are there different carrots, anandor sticks, or or drivers that tend to be more compelling for each of the generations? Well, i think part of the key here is where we were moving beyond the gen rational differences into more the stage of life, where are you in your life, and what might you want then? And so for instance, the young are still probably, to some degree, deciding who i will become.
