The Sun Is Setting and the Poem Is Setting.
The sun is setting and the poem is setting. Next stanza, we paused before a house that seemed a swelling of the ground. The roof was scarcely visible, the cornice in the grounda this house, this house, it's not a house i want to see a house. I appreciate the optimism, but you know what this is as well as i do. It's a tomb. It's about six inches longer than we are. But we don't need it to be long, because we ain't movin. Time will move. We won't. Our bodies won't.
