The Impact of Interlocking Boards on Foreign Policy

In 1919, a congressional commission was concerned that the foundations had a capitalistic bent and we're moving things too far to the right. But already by the 1950s, and I, the direction had been towards what they called in the book Marxist ideology. And what has changed in the last 65 years, nothing. It's only gotten worse because they've been success. What they're talking about are interlocking boards. You know, so you have board members on one foundation board members on another foundation. So these interlocking boards then decide where things go socially.
