Ginger: My strength is having a schedule. And so yeah, thinking about how to do that in a slightly more flexible way. I think this model is interesting too, for health stuff, which is why I wanted to talk about it with your bold move but it can be applied to any change that we're making. It's okay in whatever stage you're in, but to also really pay attention to, am I getting stuck in one of these stages? And what's stopping me from moving forward to the next stage?
