We have thousands of thoughts a day, so how do we deal with them? The first practice is to just bring mindfulness to it. You know, when the thought comes ov, you just have to say hello to it,. Not condemn it, not judge, not criticise, because it's there for a reason. That's a mor pamora conducive to our happiness. But also the environment in which we are in triggers many different triggered thoughts all the time. So it's very important to choose the environment, the good environment, to be in, even sometimes at cost um.
