Contemplative practice or practice is doesn't have to just be done in sitting still. It can be done in any kind of life activity. One or a combination of those three focus skills CC and E concentration clarity and equanimity. Sensory clarity is the ability to untangle the strands of what you're experiencing in the moment. And equanimity is the able to allow experience to expand and contract without inappropriately interfering with it. If your happiness does not depend on doing something about the impact of Corona, if my happiness does not Depend on what happens with Corona, then I'm going to be indifferent.
