I would say if you have a healthy team in place exchange will happen without even actively planning it so we have a channel where we just post constantly about work stuff about non-work stuff memes or it's everything. I feel very thankful here but at the same time me as a team leader of course I also try to find formats where we actively push itYeah because sometimes also you need a small a small push yeah yeah.
