If you look at something in social media and it doesn't make you feel good about your body, un follow that person or mute them. You cannot out exercise a poor diet, number one. And i've also learned don't need to exercise as long, as hard or as often as we once thought you need to. Things like running, hit training and otherwise extremely intense pounding workouts can take a toll on your metabolism. We weren't built for that.
