Sometimes I also think whether there could be a compressive component to it and might consider some like Nick said, some of the manual therapy techniques where we might be looking at opening that invertible foramen. So there's potential in the clinic to try things like some manual traction or potentially a lateral flexion away from the side of symptoms. Sometimes with these motor changes, it can be reassuring to tell patients, not the particularly fun time for them, but reassuring to say that it's not going to just be fixed in one week.
