Sleeping Longer With a Mask

In nature, the organism tends to get more stressed when it's like completely silent. I don't sleep very well if I'm like in complete silence. And I definitely sleep longer if I have a mask. Your hearing is one of the senses that is active because evolutionary, you need to be able to protect yourself if someone attacks on you. If there is some occasional sounds, you actually may want to bring up like pink noise or white noise or some kind of like reverse sounds or wind sounds and something like this.
