Mutsilah's Quarantine Domains

Mutsilah released Firefox 115 and with that included a feature that apparently is ruffling some feathers. The issue here is that Mutsilah did include a feature that are calling quarantine domains. Right now you're of course still able to just turn it off globally. More Q-State will also have the Storm Center keynote here at Sandsfire.
