Is There a Calling in the Workplace?

i think there are two different schools of thought around callings. And one is that it's out there. You have to find it. It's a matter of moving into the right roll or the right position and then suddenly this will be unlocked. The other view is that people can stumble into something and realize, this is what i would do even if i hit the lottery verse. I think that seeing that divide, for even in the same exact job, that the work can mean such different things to different people does not surprise me.
