The Challenges of Focus Groups
I was curious as to whether you've seen any like a lot of disagreement in a focus group. Have you seen any sort of hotly contested issues where some focus group members didn't like a witness, but the other ones did? And how did you kind of figure out how did that help the case that you were working on? Sometimes it's very interesting how the same set of facts presented to the same group of people. People oftentimes have strong feelings back and forth and disagree with each other.
