The interstructure act includes selling six billion dollars from the strategic petroleum reserve to pay for these new investments we're talking about. The president believes that americans should have access to affordable energy at the pump and at home. And when you look at current high energy prices from fossil fuels, that really reinforces the need to diversify our energy sources in the us. So the inferstructure law and the buildback better act help do just that.
