Do Hard Things

I think two areas, for example, where you can get really uncomfortable, but that you wouldn't think of. One is to be able to sit in a quiet room on their own doing nothing essentially. That is the ultimate training in terms of being able to manage pressure situations. And hard conversations is another one. So if you really want to do something hard, just sit in a room and do nothing for 20 minutes, literally nothing. You know, don't even, you know, if a thought comes, let it go. I'll have to check it out. But I interviewed very recently a guy called Steve Magnus. He's written a book that sounds very similar. It's called
