How to Survive a Startup
When we very first started off, we had like absolutely no money. We were just two very young people who had a bit of a dream. And so we yeah, we we bootstrapped everything. The last time this happened, we really sat down and we really looked through all of our costings. I think it was around $400,000 worth of expenses that we just actually didn't need. So getting rid of that was a massive help. Another thing for us since we got rid of those expenses is try to figure out how can we sell our name labels all throughout the year.
