Do You Still Use Barbell Shrugs?
Do you guys still use that as a useful deadlift assistance exercises, exercise? Or have you since changed your mind about its usefulness? If it is still used, how do you incorporate it into a routine? Do you add it to the rotation between halting and rackpoles, so that you do them every three weeks? Well, nobody does. They can't do im heavy enough. It mikes your hand. You start with barbell shrugs a hundred pound, nots over your dead lift. Nobody wants to hold on to that much. The one of the primary functions of the bar bell shrug at that level of weight is to disinhibit you from pulling dead lift level.
