Hiring executives and, like, sales and marketing, i found extraordinarily difficult. I just couldn't figure out what the right kind of person was for our company. And that's one ose ther goingto be a culture fit, which comes in a lot of different ways. There ware just so many of those moments where i got to deal with a san i really don't want to deal with this,. But if i don't, what nobody else is going to do? Hopefully i can do a good enough job.
