The Importance of Linguistic Theory in Machine Translation
When you try to build the machine translation system, but you don't even have bilingual dictionary. So I really English bilingual dictionary. And I did not like the idea of recruiting Swahili speakers. But since there is no parallel corpus, we can use lexical borrowing as a form of bridging between the two languages.
