And I'm wondering if there's something similar for the brain like exercises that can, especially for people who have some kind of affliction that by doing these exercises, it can improve their situation. She says rough and tumble play or walking on a meandering path are good ways to refuel your mind when you're feeling distracted.Kohn: Walking outside is more effective than walking in a treadmill.
