Is there a danger that you sort of over-educate a pace that the business can't sort of handle because the opportunity isn't there or actually you get this right? And those things that the opportunity will appear because you need to be glad to look out for it. I would say unless you are 100% sure that they just have no access to data, there is no data in their world that can be useful and they have access to then there's usually a decent reason to upskill people. A lot of stuff's going on at department level that's outside of what's being done by the core data team and there's absolutely no harm and probably quite a lot of value in people
