The Black Money of Enron

CNN's John Defterios was trying to figure out where all the money disappearing from the US government was going. He noticed that at every interstate there was not enough economic activity in all the different franchises to justify their existence. A famous food franchise had 20 restaurants between Washington and Tennessee and then up to Philadelphia. Only one of those restaurants had enough economic revenues to cover their overhead.
