The postal service has like, the lowest employee satisfaction out of any shipping company. Garrison says up to 90% of people who start working at the postal service will end up quitting within a year. The postal service is one of the bigger employersi in the whole country. But for people win wind, employees drop off and filling those positions can be really hard during times of crisis.
