The cook book is long, 85 millimeters, umlens ever year, four sorted. The hardbacks will have an image per recipe - that's like the dream but it costs a lot. There are subtle things you only learn about when i actually go to the food shu. Most of the recipes i want top down showng ot the indulgent aspects of eating. And also, like younow, am they minimize the clutter.

Hey friends, my guest this week is Rupy Aujla - an NHS medical doctor, entrepreneur and podcaster who’s life changed when he suffered a serious heart condition at the age of 23 while working busy shifts as a hospital doctor. But with the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes Rupy was actually able to reverse his condition. He then started his blog, The Doctor’s Kitchen, which soon evolved into a podcast, best selling books, regular television appears and most recently an app. In the conversation me and Rupy chat about a lot of things: his early days working as a doctor and burnout, how to optimise your lifestyle for longevity and his transition from a doctor to a creator and entrepreneur.
