"There's nothing wrong with where I'm at, but I want to improve," she says. She wants a teacher who will help her figure out what things she can still do. "I don't want them to just go, 'You probably just need to do all the beginner things now' But isn't it funny how when we think about how we talk to ourselves? How many times have you told yourself you should be better at something by now?" We're going to finish up with some tips on how you can develop more self acceptance.
