BIPOC people are pushing back on this. A person of color who was an eminent researcher in Canada, his research is in something to do with lasers and uranium processing, like high-tech stuff. He went public because he couldn't get funding for his lab if he signed a diversity statement that said how my research would help black people or whatnot. So it's minorities themselves,. people who have a lot more moral capital than you or me because they're not white and they're entrepreneurs, they're scientists saying, this is hurting my field. You're doing too much. And in your book, you actually have a chapter called Abstainers. It's people who are piping up
