i think sometimes that leaves people stepping into this feeling overwhelmed. Do you see resistance to people excepting that it's like, oh, yes, you don't have to? People people i had a hard time saying, i don't know. Yit a very hard time. I almost felt like i had to cram all the books before i went into all team meetings. Because because of that, i know dealt with it when some of my team members went through the scrum and agile training. While i came from a watofall background, getting my purely on and that, i did not feel comfortable and safe in front of that team until i got my scrum ceigation. It
