The CFPB complaint data can be a very interesting, if somewhat flawed tool. Complaints about those entities wouldn't even go to the CFPB at all. And so when you're sort of mining the CFPP information as an intelligence source, it is very interesting. But two, you sort of need to understand the context and the limitations of what you're looking at.
