How Do You Schedule a Team Meeting?

I feel like if I were to send something, I usually preamble it with like, hey, no rush on this. And I'm like, I can just avoid saying it by like scheduling it for the next day. So that's why I still want to like send slash schedule it. But I want to be respectful that it's after hours for them and for them to not feel like they have to reply. For me, it's not that complicated,. You're just like three hours done. Yeah. Pretty much.
