Permanent crops, more income, less appreciation. To peel a back one layer further, those trees can depreciate in value over time. So it sounds to me like it makes a lot of sense to own the land that you can rent out to farmers and let them take the risk. In your basely just renting out land to people. And then there's live stock too. Talked a lot about plantings, but what about live stock? How does that come into play?
