Embracing Anxiety
Anxiety can be a sign that we are taking things for granted. Embracing anxiety is embracing experiences in our lives that are often ignored, avoid or suppressed. Making space for those experiences is a radical form of self love which is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Meditating is literally cleaning the inbox of your mind.
