Property Prices Are Still Growing, Slowing Down
The narrative continues to be that growth will slow. Both nation wid and zupla putting out research in the last month saying that this is what they expect to happen. A bornmouth has moved into the number two slop which is interesting as well. That's the first time for a long time that i can remember a city in the south being near of that list. Bela said rob prices are still growing, slowing slightly from where they were. And night frank has been one of those institutions saying that they believe that property prices will begin to suffer but they've actually just revised their forecast up.
