The United States Council regulation is it hasn't been approved yet, but PETA and the Humane Society International both release statements saying they are very hopeful that this is going to happen by January 2021. That means a product can be sold there and you could just do a regular old assay test where you don't have to use animals. These are quick, effective, and they will still bring safe products to everyone in China.
