The Canadian Low Cost Airline Flare Airlines Has Had a Bumpy Start to the Year
Flare airlines had to scrap a handful of flights after four of its aircraft was seized over what it's calling a commercial dispute. The carrier was behind on payments for the planes and claims it had no warning of the seizures. Flares did have three spare aircraft that managed to backfill many of the affected flights. Any passengers who were booked to flight would be accommodated either on a flare flight or on another airline's flight at flares expense.
