How Did You Make a Marketplace?

Roxanne Jones: I want to get into the Dow governance model that you mentioned before because I think that's really interesting. But first, how did you make a marketplace? Did you get the sellers first? How did you get the buyers on board and make that happen? Does that work? Tell us a little bit of that process.Jones: We actually started off as a AI SaaS software for real estate investors. And so we were very close with our customers. So when we needed to launch that first property, we had this list of people that knew us who felt like these are smart engineers that could solve a huge pain point in the market.
