The first area that I like to go into is creating safety through nutrition. This means allowing your body to know that it's getting the nourishment that it needs on a regular basis. A lot of women have gone through periods of restrictive diets, maybe under eating. We are more sensitive to going longer periods without eating and to blood sugar and changes in general.
