How to Optimize for Highest Value Customers
If you're running lowest cost ads and lowest cost optimization, it's highly likely that if there are customers who will have a different behavior, you should be also optimizing for highest value customers at the same time. CPM in my experience often does not correlate very clearly at all to ROAS. Higher cost of a customer to be reached often reflects a higher value of that customer. You get what you pay for, right?
