Can You Recover Sleep Debt?

Can you recover sleep in its purest form? Probably not. But can you do things that offset some of the damage of limited sleep, or maybe place you in a more effective posiion, cognitively and physically? Absolutely. You really can't build up a sleep debt that you sort of repay lighter ole in one chunk. So i i think the gall should be that 80 % of nihts you're getting quality sufficient. And then once that's in place, then you can start thinking about some of the other processes.
