I was not the dramatic stereotype because I always thought the different institutions play a role in in keeping the status quo but then with Michel Foucault it's the I think it's a very very important philosophical contribution. He saw how the state was either using coercion or was ruling by consensus and then he depicted how consensus was established. Then through that I learned because I studied very carefully this researching had done for my first master's degrees in social medicine. The assumption there is that it's mainly the socio-economic conditions that create the pattern of morbidity and mortality.
