Machine Learning - What Are the Challenges of DevOps?

There's a lot of different people involved in machine learning that you don't normally see in just traditional software. What are the kind of challenges that you run into when you have these diverse set of people working on machine learning products, which I think is increasingly common? Yeah. One of the problems is that there needs to be a production first mindset and that alone could solve a lot of the issues.
